I got mine recently because it was a promo for a free trade in, so I opted out of the S25+ for the edge in exchange of a S22. I’ve enjoyed it. The battery is better than my S22 so far and it charges and stays charged most of the time, yet it could change over time.
I really enjoy the thin nature of the phone and how light it is. Of course, I’m adding a case on it, but that’ll still make it lighter and thinner than most flagship devices.
The screen is great and I enjoy the added benefit of the glass going almost the entire way to the bezel (unlike the 25+).
The camera is nice, the UI is what im used to, and it’s just overall a standard upgrade with the neat feature of how light and thin it is.
If these companies listen to people innovation will die people don’t even know what they are talking about 😂
The Plus is $100 less with a 1000mah bigger battery and a 3x Optical Zoom plus nobody except tight pants wearing nerds cares about the thickness.
So many paid comments here damn
Lovely review as always
All phones are soo large. I love my iPhone 14, that actually fits in the pocket. Like, for real!
Another good video, it’s a gimmick phone. Won’t be around too many years unless they come up with better batteries.
Thin phones will be the new excuse for small batteries, give me the bigger compasity any day
Watching on my Moto Droid Z that is 5.2mm thin.
I like the edge. I can see great improvements coming on the next edge. Battery is too small and slow charging, not for me.
But i do like the weight.
Phones needs to be smaller instead of thinner
I’d be OK with the battery, that’s no problem. But they could’ve easily kept the telephoto lens on this thing.
3:33 💯Agree, I said same thing about iPhone air when heard screen size
S25 Ultra is now priced $999. Anyone who buys the S25 Vanity for more is a fool.
Oh Give me a break.I honestly prefer a chunky phone with a bigger battery over these super thin ones that die halfway through the day. Don’t care how “innovative” a slim phone looks if it can’t last, therefore it’s useless and just something that looks good in advertising shots
Add a little bit more money and get the Ultra. Or better buy a way better and cheaper OnePlus 13
Is the fontain at 1:50 moving the water backwards ðŸ¤. Has a Harry Potter vibe 🪄
I don’t think it justified the price unless it has a bigger battery. I would opt for S25U instead especially if you can find discount elsewhere. Samsung cuts too much hardware for this price.
Who cares about slim phones?
s25 base with a lot larger battery would be the airbender everyone wants.
The drop was unexpected, and it caused no breakage at all.
